  • Location information you provide may be used to address the issue.
  • Your contact details may be used to follow up on the issue.
  • We do not guarantee resolution of reported issues but will make reasonable efforts to address them.

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Service Delivery Party or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Delivery Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
